WHY I LOVE THIS HEIRLOOM
HEART PEPPERS is a pimento (or cherry pepper) is a variety of large, red, heart-shaped pepper that measures 7 to 10 cm long and 5 to 7 cm wide.This pretty pepper is most commonly used to flavour Pimiento cheese and also to stuff green Manzano olives. The plants produce heavy yields of green fruits that mature to bright red. The flesh of the pimento is very thick, sweet, succulent and more aromatic than that of the red bell pepper.
