CARROT: Round Parisian (Slab)
This heirloom variety originated from the farms around Paris in France. Due to the high clay content of the soil in the area these carrots adapted to grow round instead of cone-shaped. They grow to a diameter of 3-4cm and can be closely sown. They are the sweetest carrots I have tasted and are very easy to grow.

- SOW: Spring, Summer, Autumn (see sowing chart)
- HARVEST: 8 – 12 weeks
